Returns are accepted for items that are unused, in their original condition, and with complete packaging. Please note that personalized items, intimate wear, or clearance products may not qualify for return. Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns after this timeframe cannot be processed.
To start a return, please contact our support team for a Return Authorization (RA) number. This step is required for all returns, as items without an RA number may be declined. Once we receive your item, we’ll evaluate it and confirm eligibility. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method in a timely manner.
Refund amounts may be reduced to reflect handling fees, shipping costs, or restocking charges. If you experience delays, check with your payment provider first before contacting us.
Exchanges are available for different sizes, colors, or styles, depending on stock. Customers are responsible for any additional fees or differences in price.
When sending back your order, please package the item carefully in its original box with all tags, accessories, and documentation. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the parcel, and use a trackable shipping method. Unless the return results from our mistake, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
